Ayini ama-electrolytes?

Ama-electrolytes angamaminerali atholakala ekudleni asiza umzimba wenze kahle yonke imisebenzi yawo. Amanye ama-electrolytes okungenzeka uke wezwa ngawo ngaphambilini yi-Sodium, Potassium, Calcium ne-Magnesium.
